Trivia

Did you know that you share your birthday with 9 million other people?

I do not know who has time to sort through the statistics to determine this. I guess there is a computer program that does the calculations. I just thought that this was an interesting little factoid that I could share.

Hey You...

Don't know the fella other than through his comments and his blog...

I am not one to moderate comments as the idea for me is always to enter into dialogue. If someone's opinions are offensive then it depends on what kind of offensive is being exhibited as to how I might respond...I might moderate comments if there is unwarranted personal attacks...

I am about to post a reply to his last comment...I will have to agree to disagree with him on his characterizations of the Bakrie wealth...

My wealth is obscene as well! It is obscene that I am paid so poorly for the values that I bring, but that is a different post :D

Sorry for messing up with your website by deleting my previous comments. Polar Bear and I have resolved our petty debates and ugly misunderstandings and I don't feel good about leaving these awful awful words about him at your home

No apologies necessary...

Glad you worked it out!

Part missunderstnafing, part me putting my foot in it, and saying stuff I should had not.

which raises the question, is it better to think, or to say....

Rob Baiton said...

Better to say! At least then every one knows where every one else stands on an issue...

"Better think before you say"

Rob Baiton said...

You can think before you say and that is always good advice.

Yet, ultimately if you believe in something then you need to say it and let people know where you stand.

If this discussion is still related to you and the bear working out your differences, then I do not think that the bear writes without considering his words carefully.

On the contrary, I think his posts on his own blog and his comments here evidence considerable thought before the fingers hit the keyboard!

Just my opinion though :D

Rob, the problem between me and polar bear is indeed solved. However, I still think that people should never generalise things that they don't know. Therefore, the think before you say advice is best applied in these kind of scenarios. This was the main cause of our (polar and I) dispute, which, again I must remind, has been resolved.
