Who Do You Write Like?

First, my thanks to Jakartass for pointing me in the direction of this site (and there is a review here). The site lets you past in some text that you have written and then instantaneously spits out a name of who you write like. I am not sure how serious it is, or how accurate it can be.

But, I delved deep into my archive of blog posts and chose a few to cut and paste into the analyzer. Apparently, I write like:

  1. H. P. Lovecraft
  2. Dan Brown
  3. David Foster Wallace
  4. Arther C. Clarke
  5. Isaac Asimov
  6. Arthur Conan Doyle

I guess if I posted some more examples into the analyzer I might come up with some additional writers who I write like. Nevertheless, I see to be in pretty good company so far. But, when it is all said and done, I am happy to be me and write like me.

Give it a go!
