Pink -- The Grammys...

Pink always puts on a good show. A ticket to the Grammys just to see Pink perform would have been worth its weight in gold, at least to me.

Enjoy the photos of the Grammys performance (nice tattoos).

Lady Gaga -- The Grammys

I have never really been able to work out Lady Gaga's outfits. However, one has to agree she is never short on the making a scene front. If you asked me to name a Lady Gaga song or album, then I would have to look it up. I am not a "fan" in the music sense of the word. Yet, to be honest I have not listened to any of her music that I recall.

However, she is one of those artists that you just cannot miss. And, I think it is the 'excellent' wardrobe choices that she makes for award shows, arriving at airports, or just strolling the streets, that keeps her in the public eye. More power to her for being true to herself!

Is this a barely does the trick outfit, or what?

The Australian National Anthem

I am sure that some people would be truly offended by someone doing a version of their national to a rock song. However, this is seriously funny. If only we could laugh at ourselves more often then the world is likely to be a much more peaceful place.

This version is also good because it does the second verse of the National Anthem and hardly anyone knows the second verse.

I am a proud Australian and always will be! I am proud of the National Anthem and I am proud that as Australians we have a sense of humor that we can take our National Anthem put it to a rock tune and still be proud!

Termites -- Rockers of the Ages

Did you know that termites eat through wood two times faster when they are listening to rock music?
Well, if you did not know this, now you do!

So, next time you are sitting in front of the old laptop hammering away on the keyboard with the rock music turned up loud you should be afraid, very afraid, because you are contributing to your own news story of the person crushed by the falling ceiling!

Therefore, for your own sake do not contribute to the delinquency of those little punk rocker termites!

It is too bad I do not have the photo-shopping skills of my blogging colleague Dilligaf because then I could have dressed these little termites up into some real punk rockers. His site is highly recommended not only for the artwork but for the man's personal and unique take on the happenings in this part of the world.
